Redfish opened the Summer of 2010, offering affordable French-inspired coastal cuisine and drink in a modern, casual, and original setting with one of the most spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean on the Coast. Chef Coy Donato & Team deliver contemporary Pacific Northwest coastal cuisine. Redfish serves only the highest quality product, and strives to source from local farmers and fishermen as often as possible. Chef Coy continuously seeks out local and regional partnerships with family producers and artisan purveyors to ensure fresh, unprocessed foods that pay respect to the environment, our providers and our clientele. Redfish provides an excellent dining experience for intimate affairs, families, as well as parties for an exceptional value.
