Chef Jeremy Kelly delivers mouth-watering New American Cuisine created from the freshest, high quality Pacific Northwest ingredients. Before coming to Redfish in Port Orford, Chef Kelly was the Executive Chef at Salishan Spa and Golf Resort in Lincoln City, Napa River Grill in Louisville, and the Caribou Club in Aspen. Creatively bending the rules of his classical French training, Chef Kelly's menu combines coastal favorites like Crab Cakes and Ciopinno with surprises like his Pork Carnitas Sandwich.
Chef Kelly continuously seeks local partnerships with artisan purveyors to ensure diners enjoy fresh, unprocessed foods that pay respect to the environment, our providers and clientele.
