Oregon Grassfed: (www.oregongrassfed.com) Local rancher Joe Pestana provides our top quality, 100% steer, grass fed and grass finished beef from grazing land under 15 miles from Redfish.

Lee’s Bees: (www.leesbeeshoney.com) Lee and Jack operate Lee’s Bees Honey, a small apiary located on the Cape Blanco Peninsula of Southern Oregon. We have approximately 180 hives and offer a variety of different Oregon honeys.

Valley Flora: (www.valleyflorafarm.com) Valley Flora, nestled on the banks of Floras Creek near Langlois, Oregon, is a diversified family farm producing over 100 varieties of vegetables, berries and fruit for local restaurants, grocery stores, foodbanks and a community-supported agriculture program. Mother – daughter(s) team Betsy, Abby and Zoë make up the Valley Flora trio.

Rayjen Coffee Co began in April of 1995, as a small espresso bar in the heart of Old Town Bandon, Oregon. In 1998 they began roasting green coffee to have the freshest coffee possible in thier espresso bar and are certified Organic by Oregon Tilth Inc. In 2005 Rayjen built a roasting facility and now concentrate their efforts on reliable service, education and quality products.

The firm utilizes web-based communication to work with clients like Redfish in any location along with an extensive use of 3D computer technology that enables clients to see and experience their space before any construction begins.
